Cancellation Policy
All appointments require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in a 100% charge of the service. No-shows will be charged in full and may require prepayment for all future bookings. Clients arriving late will receive the remaining time of their session, and the full service amount will still apply. Same-day cancellations or reschedule requests are not guaranteed and will be treated as late cancellations. By booking, you agree to these terms and understand that this policy is in place to respect the therapist’s time and accommodate other clients.
